The Loewenthal team aided by my amazing sis Raizel, my brother Meyer and Chidah of california, are hard at it, getting into every last nook and cranny to get rid of unwanted leavened particles. Why are we moving all the furniture and fridges, etc to get rid of some crumbs? What does that have to do with the Pesach story anyways? Anyone heard of Moses saying, "Halt Israelites, have you cleared your camel sacks of bread? Not really, there wasn't any time for that. So what's all the cleaning got to do with the exodus?
Its not just about the crumbs or about spring cleaning. At the same time as I sweep up the chametz, I try to make an internal cleanup. I try to search within me for those unwanted morsels - those unwanted traits I need to sweep out of my being. So actually, cleaning my house seems to be a whole lot easier :) Ok. enough typing over here, back to work.
